Additional information on our secure invoicing system.

Paying your Invoice Online
Our new invoicing system allows clients the ability to pay invoices online with a credit card through secure processing. The payment will be processed immediately. To pay online open the received and click on the “Payment” button in the upper right hand side and choose “Pay Online”. When the payment is processed online your credit card information is only used to process the invoice. Nothing is stored on our website. The new online payment system allows clients to pay without ebasedEVOLUTION seeing your information.

Paying your Invoice by Check
To pay invoices by check click on the email link to access your online account and click “print invoice” in the upper right hand side. Once the invoice is printed you can mail it out with your check.

Payment History
Our new invoicing system also stores past payment history. To view past payment history click on the “Payment History” link in the top navigation. Once there, you can view invoices paid by date with the option to view and print past invoices.
