Kim Gomme co-founded ebasedEVOLUTION in 1996 and holds the title of CEO.  Kim’s unique blend of technical and marketing expertise has been instrumental to the growth of the company and its client base.  Building a business totally dedicated to exceeding customer expectations has lead to the firm to win awards such as “#1 Web Design Company in Charlotte” in 2009 by the Charlotte Business Journal.

Prior to founding ebasedEVOLUTION, Kim was Chief Architect of the Application Platform & Web Content Product Division at Cobb Dental Systems. Kim’s responsibilities included website design and development, production, online marketing strategy, online integration, management and interoperability. Her strategies were instrumental in helping drive Cobb Dental Systems revenue growth and double digit surge in profits. Kim earned a degree from the East Carolina University.

Korey Kashmer is the Search Marketing Director at ebasedEVOLUTION. Korey has been with ebasedEVOLUTION for over 4 years and has helped grow client relationships and maintain customer relations.

Prior to ebasedEVOLUTION Korey worked as the internet marketing manager for OnlineHotels.com. There, Korey was responsible for all forms of online marketing including paid search, affiliate relationships and search engine optimization. Korey was also responsible for creating and utilizing new online strategies to help increase business.

Korey attended Owens College in Toledo, Ohio and majored in Computer Science.
